Akibat pemadaman listrik itu, pemilik dari Showroom Hand Cold Nishikigoi di Tabanan itu mengatakan ikan-ikan yang dijualnya mesti menjalani karantina.
TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Tak sedikit pengusaha ikan hias di Bali yang kelimpungan akibat pemadaman listrik di pulau dewata pada Jumat pekan lalu. Salah satunya adalah I Komang Adi Kumara yang terpaksa menyetop aktivitas penjualan ikan koi dari gerainya sekitar satu pekan lamanya. “Pasti penjualannya disetop, gak bisa diapa-apain lah intinya,” katanya saat dihubungi, pada Ahad, 4 Mei 2025.
Akibat pemadaman listrik itu, pemilik dari Showroom Hand Cold Nishikigoi yang terletak di Tabanan itu mengatakan ikan-ikan yang dijualnya mesti menjalani proses karantina. Selama proses karantina itu, kata Komang, tubuh dari ikan koi akan menyusut karena tidak bisa diberi makan selama beberapa waktu. “Kita juga enggak berani mengeluarkan dari tempat karantina karena kondisi perubahan air, suhu air.”
Ia khawatir kondisi ikan-ikannya akan memburuk apabila dipindahkan dalam waktu singkat ke kolam semula. “Ketika kita keluarkan lagi otomatis tambah stres, itu kan posisi capek tuh habis dikarantina, habis kekurangan oksigen,” katanya
Komang Adi Kumara juga enggan langsung menjual ikan-ikannya kepada pelanggan. Sebab ada potensi ikan tersebut bisa mati. “Dijual masih hidup saat itu, tahu-tahu sampai di rumah customer sudah mati atau sakit,” tutur dia.
Meskipun memiliki genset, ia mengaku sempat kelabakan saat pemadaman listrik terjadi. Pasalnya ia perlu mengganti oksigen agar ikan koi tetap bertahan hidup. Ia mengatakan tidak ada ikannya yang mati dalam kejadian pemadaman listrik itu.
Walaupun tidak ada yang mati, Komang tetap merasakan kerugian dari pemadaman listrik itu. Ikan-ikan yang mulanya berukuran besar harus dirawat kembali dan diberikan pakan karena tubuhnya menyusut.
Ia juga bercerita harus mengeluarkan uang sebesar Rp 1 juta untuk 500 gram pakan untuk ikan koi impor. “Mungkin secara awam merasa oke gak ada yang mati, tapi lama lagi mengurusnya, akhirnya butuh pakan lagi,” kata dia.
Biasanya, dalam satu pekan Komang bisa menghasilkan uang sekitar Rp 5–10 juta. Pendapatannya bisa melonjak menjadi Rp 15–20 juta lebih jika sedang musim kontes ikan. “Kalau secara perputaran uang, pasti berdampak,” tuturnya.
Komang Adi Kumara menyebutkan sebelumnya tidak menerima informasi akan ada pemadaman listrik di Bali. Selain itu, ia juga mengaku tidak mendapatkan kompensasi dari PLN. “Mana ada peduli seperti itu, terlebih ini usaha personal, tidak terafiliasi dengan dinas perikanan,” kata dia.
Padamnya listrik secara massal atau blackout di Bali terjadi sekitar pukul 16.00 WITA. Direktur Utama PT PLN (Persero) Darmawan Prasodjo mengatakan gangguan pada sistem penyaluran kabel laut terindikasi menjadi penyebab padamnya listrik. Namun, persoalan ini masih menjadi indikasi sementara. “Kepastian penyebabnya masih ditelusuri dan bukan akibat serangan siber atau yang lainnya,” kata Darmawan melalui keterangan tertulis pada Sabtu, 3 Mei 2025.
Darmawan menyampaikan saat ini listrik sudah kembali mengalir di Bali. Ia mengatakan seluruh pelanggan PLN di Bali sudah bisa menikmati listrik secara normal sejak dini hari tadi pukul 03.00 WITA. “Kami menyampaikan permohonan maaf atas ketidaknyamanan yang terjadi,” ujarnya.
